The last race weekend in China ran smoothly for the team. We encountered no problems whatsoever with any of the cars and our reliability, as it has been throughout the season, was pretty good. We obviously hoped to get into the points but it wasn't an.... overly attritional race and Christian fell foul of a disappointing racing incident with Michael Schumacher.

We're now looking forward to Suzuka, which is a fantastic circuit and a favourite for fans and drivers alike. It's a medium to high downforce circuit, which is technically very difficult, and one where you're either good or you're not! In the past, guys who have driven there in F3000 or other formulae have shone in grands prix there. When we were there last year, Justin (Wilson) went out there early and drove a road car for a few laps to learn the circuit. Whilst you're obviously not doing the same speeds and your lines are different, it definitely helps a driver to get to know the track. We are hoping Christian will be able to do the same this year as Suzuka is a new track for him and, as usual, he will walk the track with his engineers at the start of the weekend.

We're still a point ahead of Toyota and our aim, as it has been all season, is to do the best that we can. My guys on the race team are very motivated, and the recent announcement regarding the team hasn't affected this or the way they, the engineers, or the drivers perform. We are all out there to do a good job this weekend and we will be targeting a points finish.
